How to report a concern

  • Use the “Report a concern” button on any instructor profile.
  • Email founder@rainfame.tech (subject: Safeguarding).
  • If in immediate danger: call 999.

Our commitments

  • All instructors must provide a valid DVSA ADI badge number, verified before activation.
  • Instructors self-declare enhanced DBS check status.
  • Critical safeguarding reports result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
  • We respond to all safeguarding reports within 24 hours.
  • We cooperate fully with police and local authority safeguarding teams.
  • All instructor-learner communication through the platform is logged.

What we expect from instructors

  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times.
  • Never contact learners outside the platform for non-lesson purposes.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns about learners immediately.
  • Comply with our Instructor Code of Conduct.

What we expect from learners and parents

  • Report any concerns immediately using the in-app report button.
  • Do not share personal contact details outside the platform.
  • Parents can monitor progress via the parent dashboard.
